Yes of course; Just provide your address, we will provide free samples.
2, Will I need a special sealer for the four flat bottom seal bags?
Not at all, our bags are designed with perfect seals and add-ons.
3, How many colors can you print?
Our printing machine can print up to 10 colors.
4, Are there some available sizes in your stock?
Most of our bags are customized as customer requirement. However, we also have some existing sizes for customers who need smaller quantity.
5, How do I make payment?
T/T is preferred. But, we advise you to contact our sales department first before you make your payment.
6, What are the differences between stock products and custom products?
Stock bags/products are simply those plain pouches/bag without printing. Custom products are produced on order. This is where a client asks to have their company logo, name, ads, name, and other vital information printed on their bags.
7, Do you make express deliveries?
Sure. DHL, UPS, FedEx and some other expresses, freight cost is on customer side.
8, Are your products safe for food packaging? Do have relevant certification or test report?
We are ISO 9001 certified. All our packaging intended for food or pharmaceutical packaging are supplied or shipped with relevant certificates to ensure any required compliance. And we can offer ROHS and FDA test report from SGS.
9, How do I confirm quality before my order shipping is done?
We will be glad to send some samples for customer checking. But if some customers wants a third party inspection to check quality before shipping, it is also accepted.
